Acknowledgement of Request for Transcript

Background:
FRBP 8010 requires the Court reporter to file an acknowledgement of the request for a transcript and when the transcript will be completed.
This paperless event will document the receipt of a transcript order by the Court Reporter and the due date for docketing the transcript.
Step by Step Procedures:

Select [Bankruptcy or Adversary}
- Select Transcript

Enter Case Number and click Next

Select Acknowledgement of Request for Transcript from event pick list and click Next

The relating screen will display

Select the appropriate Transcript(s) Ordered

Click Next

The Calendar Date screen will display

Enter the projected date for the completion of transcript(s) processing

Click Next

A blank page will display

Click Next

The
Final Text screen will display
Acknowledgement of Request for Transcript. The Court Reporter Expects to Have the Transcript Completed by (mm/dd/yyyy). (RE: [16] Transcript Ordered Re: Notice of Appeal).
Verify the accuracy of the docket text. If not correct/if correct

Click Next to complete filing process
The Notice of Electronic Filing will display. It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
Copies of this notice are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case
